Fliip is a property deal analysis tool that provides indicative calculations including stamp duty estimates, profit & loss projections, CGT estimates, and maximum offer calculations for Australian and UK property investors.
All analysis provided by Fliip is for informational and indicative purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Fliip calculations are estimates only. Always verify figures with a licensed conveyancer, accountant, or financial adviser before making any investment decision.
While we strive to keep stamp duty rates, CGT rules, and other calculations up to date, we cannot guarantee accuracy. Tax law changes frequently. You are responsible for verifying all figures before relying on them.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Strategy Chat and Paste Listing AI extraction features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI output for financial decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliip and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on Fliip calculations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
