We collect your name and email address when you register or use the deal analyser. We also collect deal data you enter (property prices, renovation costs, etc.) to provide the analysis service. We do not collect payment information directly — any payments are handled by our payment processor.
Your information is used to provide and improve the Fliip service, send you deal reports by email, and communicate updates about the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas (cloud database hosted in Australia/EU). Deal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Fliip uses a session cookie for authentication (via NextAuth.js) and localStorage to remember your country preference (AU or UK). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
We use Resend (resend.com) to send transactional emails, Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered strategy advice and listing extraction, and MongoDB Atlas for data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@fliip.com.au. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
